      "This is one of my favorite pieces- this Artist Proof by Rick Herter depicts Bob Wright's triple Mig kill on 28 Feb 94 over Bosnia. This was the first US Air Force triple kill since Korea. The artist proof means that 100 of these were made from the original oil painting and the artist personally inspected each one for detail before approving it for limited edition printing. This is a one of a kind artist proof for several reasons- Proof #41 of 100; signed by Bob Wright, triple killing pilot; signed by Harry Hillaker, Chief Designer F-16 Project; signed by Phil Oestricher, Chief Test Pilot; and signed by Rick Herter, artist. I sent this artist proof to Mr Herter and requested a remarque of an F-16 being refueled which he titled ""Filler up"". When sent to be professionally framed and matted, I had an original late 1970s F-16ACF patch placed inside. A truely rare and excellent piece of art- one of a kind for many reasons.
