Do I need to set up an account with you?
It is not necessary to set up an account to place orders, but you may wish to set up an account if you'd like to: be able to store & update your contact info, upload & store gift card balance, create and store wishlists, & see/track all your orders in one place.
How do I change and check my account details?

Why can't you send me a product overseas?
We are not currently able to send certain products overseas because of export regulations imposed by the US Government because of terrorism. Many of our products are ex-military and although they do not pose a terror threat, the US Government has put export restrictions on many military surplus items. If you attempt to order a product that is export-restricted, and your shipping address is located outside the United States, you will receive an error message during checkout and your order will not be processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as Paypal.com online payments. You can also mail a money order in, any personal check will be held until it clears.
How do I place an order?
Use our secure Online Order form by using the "Add to Cart" button. You can also telephone or fax your order in. If mailing the order, please send us an email in addition so we can confirm your order before payment arrives.
How much is shipping?
All orders are charged shipping on an individual basis depending on the item(s) purchased and the ship-to location. Initial shipping costs charged at checkout are estimated shipping costs. US orders are fairly easy to estimate, and many orders ship for the initial quoted price. Overseas orders need to be weighed and a postage quote issued and approved before sending. If the actual postage exceeds the estimate, we will contact you before billing the additional amount, unless you have chosen to opt out of being contacted for additional shipping costs during checkout, we will just charge the additional shipping amount to the card provided as payment for the order and ship the order.
How quickly can you ship?
Most orders for in-stock items ship within 1 or 2 days (excluding weekends). We can also overnight (in stock) items so that you have them the next day if your order is placed early on in the day. Items like custom helmets, custom communications systems, or any custom item we produce, may take longer depending on the item in question. If you have questions about production times for custom items on your order please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-531-4898 or email us using our contact form. We try to keep the customer advised on the status of their order, but please do not hesitate to email or call about your order.
What if I don't like the item I purchased?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase from us. That is why we offer a 100% guarantee on everything. We cannot refund shipping unless a shipping mistake has been made. You have 4 days after receiving the item to contact us and send it back.
Something I ordered was sold already-How did I miss it?
We sell items on a first-come, first-serve basis. We have customers all over the world, so orders come in at any time of the day or night. Unfortunately, some of the items we list are single pieces that can not be reordered.
How will my item differ from the photograph on the website?
If it is a single individual item, it will be the item shown. The photo then is of THE item that you are purchasing. Vintage/surplus items will be as photographed unless we have a number of identical items, we do use a single photo of one of the items and there may be some small variance in the item you receive from the photo on the site. New items are as shown. If the photo is of a custom item the photo is an example of the product and may differ from your product, depending on the customizations chosen such as with custom-built helmets.
How many do you have of a certain item in stock?
We keep a sufficient inventory of our New Products available on hand for most orders. If an item is out-of-stock on the site you can enter your email in the field provided to be notified automatically of in-stock status when it occurs. Vintage items, especially vintage flight helmets we usually only have one of each as listed. Sometimes we do have a few pieces of the same vintage/surplus flight gear in stock and in that case you will have the ability to add a quantity to your order.
