For use with boom microphone and/or oxygen mask that is not equipped with CX-4707 cord. For oxygen masks with CX-4707, use CX-4708 helmet cord. New Condition. Made in USA!

The second HGU-55/P helmet I have equipped with this and very satisfied with it. The volume knob can be removed with a plug so that you can drill exactly the right hole size. The volume knob is not a luxury, I fly in a Yak-52 where the sound is often too loud. I myself have chosen the longest variant so that you can turn your head without the thread becoming taut. For the strain relief I chose a Helmet Cord Stress Relief Bracket. This prevents you from accidentally pulling the wire, which is not a luxury. This wiring harness is of very high quality and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to convert their helmet to General Aviation.

High quality product that perfectly suits my needs.
Thoughtfully designed - especially adding a connector to the volume control so you don't have to drill a massive hole in the helmet.
