Introducing the face mask microphone - great for high wind applications. This mask microphone uses the same blue face piece as the Aviation Respirator Mask, but has no respirators (or oxygen capability). Its only purpose is to protect the microphone from wind noise. Some customers have had good success using this mask in windy applications when wind screens and other measures were not effective. Comes with civilian microphone and standard microphone cord installed. Available for both fixed wing flight helmets with J bayonets or helicopter helmets with T bayonets.
