At FlightHelmet.com, we take pride in the variety of aviation products we offer to our customers. In addition to flight helmets, we have several different types of oxygen masks suited for the various needs of our pilots. Take a look below, and as always, give us a call at (800) 531-4898 or email us at customerservice@flighthelmet.com with any questions.

The Mountain High Oxygen Conversion Kit for MBU-20, allows for use of commercial oxygen systems with a military style oxygen mask. It is available for purchase as a complete mask already installed into a MBU-20, or can be installed into a customer provided MBU-20 oxygen mask by FlightHelmet.com.

The great advantage with this Mountain High conversion kit we offer is that it uses the military style MBU-20 mask, attachment straps and bayonet fittings, but the inhalation and exhalation valves are designed to work with standard civilian aviation oxygen systems. Military oxygen systems – regulators and bottles – can be very expensive to install/maintain in aircrafts compared to the relatively inexpensive commercial oxygen systems that are available from Mountain High and other companies.

The Mountain High ALPS Oxygen Mask for Flight Helmets comes with a built-in microphone! It's perfect for civilian pilots of all types, and the ALPS-M by Mountain High is outfitted with a built-in microphone that enables pilots to fly with safety and comfort with oxygen and voice communication, while compatible with most aircraft systems. Made from soft, flexible silicone, this mask is easy to put on and exceptionally comfortable as it does not require a polyvinyl bag. FAA-CAMI tested with the EDS-ip system, this face mask can be used with any of the MH oxygen systems, complete with constant flow or Electronic Delivery System (EDS) pulse demand. The constant flow mask is also compatible with most other constant flow systems that incorporate a flow meter. It's available in size small, medium, or large, with the choice of strap setup to accommodate most helmet types, including all HGU and SPH helmets. This oxygen mask includes: mask, microphone, helmet strap assembly and bayonets, standard mic cord to plug into helmet (in the same location that the boom microphone would plug in), your choice of constant flow or EDS compatible oxygen hose, spare valve disk, cleaning wipe, and cloth zipper storage bag.

The MBU-20/P Combat Edge Oxygen Mask. The MBU-20/P Combat Edge HALP (High Altitude Low Profile) oxygen mask is current issue to USAF flight crews flying tactical aircraft, and comes in four sizes. The MBU-20/P assembly consists of HALP face piece with special offset bayonet clips, M-169/AIC delta block and microphone assembly, 3 pin connector at the end of the hose, and a small hose that connects the mask to the Combat Edge bladder in the helmet. We offer these masks in several conditions and configurations, including the popular configuration shown above that is configured without the combat edge hose and with a friction 2-pin hose connector instead of the 3-pin hose connector.  The CX-4707 communications cord shown in the photo is one of several types of communications cords available to be selected from the communication cord options. If using this mask with civilian impedance radios and civilian helmet, please choose an amplified cord. We can also configure this mask as an MBU-23 as used by the US Navy.

The MBU-12/P Oxygen Mask is another oxygen mask issued to US Air Force and foreign countries using US aircraft, and comes in four sizes. The all gray mask is complete with offset [aka ""J""] bayonets, military impedance microphone, and 3 pin quick disconnect at the end of the hose. We offer these masks in several conditions and configurations, including the popular configuration that has a friction 2-pin hose connector instead of the 3-pin hose connector. The CX-4707 communications cord shown in the photo is one of several types of communications cords available to be selected from the communication cord options. If you'll be using the mask with civilian impedance radios and civilian helmet, please choose an amplified cord.
