When one of our great customers came to us with the idea to create a helmet graphic resembling his tattoo, we took a number of steps to ensure that his custom design would turn out exactly as he had envisioned it. He sent us a photo of his tattoo so that we could begin drafting the artwork.

With a clear image to work from, our graphic designer replicated the eagle design to fit the customer's HGU-55 helmet. We then sent the proof to the customer for final approval. See our proof below.

After that was approved we then applied the graphic to the helmet, prior to clear coating and assembly of the helmet, for the second round of approval. Once we'd been given the green light, our team of experts finished the helmet. We're very proud of the way it turned out, and look forward to working on more projects such as this one!
