Flying is inherently dangerous and any item to be used for actual flight should be inspected and certified by a qualified technician and it is YOUR responsibility to do so. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold completely harmless Flighthelmet.com, Inc. and our suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the products purchased. By accepting delivery of any item from Flighthelmet.com, Inc, you show that you agree and understand this term without exception.
